take care of your skin. But, the fact remains that only a few of them can
actually tell you how! And one of them being your mother or may be us!!
Pampering yourself to spas and buying
expensive cosmetics products are expensive ways to take care of your skin.
There are inexpensive and even free ways to keep your skin healthy! We are not
going to waste too much of your time so here it goes:
Way#1: The first and of course, one of the best ways for skin care is to drink as much as water you can. It’s surely a common tip and you must have heard it a thousand times. Drinking
sufficient water prevents acne and dry skin. It keeps your skin youthful and
improves skin elasticity.
Way#2: Wash daily. Might sound funny, but there are a
lot of us who don’t wash their faces and overall body properly. This can result
in skin problems. Keeping your skin clean helps you keep away excess oil, dirt
and acne.
Way#3: Washing your skin, can cause
dryness, especially in the winter months. Ensure to moisturize your skin after you have
washed.
Way#4: Have a proper diet. A lot of us are
not aware of the fact that our diet is a prime reason for skin related
problems. Include lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid oily foods.
